Know Your Heritage Black College Quiz Show
Overview
The purpose of the “Know Your Heritage Black College Quiz Show” series is to encourage the appreciation of African-American heritage by all people in an entertaining quiz show format. The quiz show series objective is to generate a high level of excitement and enthusiasm by featuring HBCU College students from around the country and showcase their knowledge and skill of African-American history.

The format of the series was created to focus on Black current achievers and innovators, to enhance relevance and to revitalize interest in Black History Month.
Attract Younger People to Black History Month
To highlight the historical accomplishments of African Americans in a fresh, new, and entertaining format to attract younger people to the series. A young music DJ is used to interact with the students and host and play music during the game and leading into the commercial breaks.
Promote Black History Efforts taking Place Year Round
Highlight Black History events on college campuses as well as in corporate America taking place year round.
